The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

I have to say is doesn't surprise me at all. I remember watching a programme or a clip about this company and they didn't seem to be doing that well then and it must have been at least 6 months ago. There were many people saying they have joined the company after seeing all the ads, etc, then when they had signed up they weren't given any work or if they were it wasn't a lot as there weren't enough people taking lessons. If that continued or got worse it's no surprise at all that they have ended up in administration.

I passed in 2008 and i was taking to the bloke who took me out on lessons a few week ago and he said he is struggling at the moment he's only 14 people on his books and he needs about 20 to make ends meet, but it's been the same the last two winters so he's having to do deals in the summer to make enough to live all year round

My mates doing lessons at the moment and her instructor isn't doing that well either, think it's all to do with people having no spare money. I agree Lg I hope people aren't being conned out of money by joining them.
