Good to see Sodje getting off the mark for Charlton at the weekend. Regardless of his future, scoring goals on his loan spell can only be a good thing for us, whether it will help us command a fee for a permanent move, or if he returns to us with fitness and form restored.

Exactly. He'll be returning here anyway won't he? His loan is only 28 days and I don't think they can extend it before January can they? If not, as you say, we should able to get back a bit of what we paid for him if he keeps scoring goals.
