The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

From the official Boro site
Injuries and suspensions

Joe Bennett is the latest injury concern for Boro, after he left a Reserve game on crutches with a foot problem after kicking the studs of an opposition player.

Barry Robson, below, will be assessed ahead of the game after missing both last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Swansea City and Tuesday's 4-1 win over Doncaster Rovers with a hamstring injury.

Julio Arca limped off during the win at the Keepmoat during the week and will also be checked ahead of the match.

Isaiah Osbourne will be assessed after picking up a knock in training last week, but remains a doubt for what would be his final game in a Boro shirt before ending his loan spell and returning to Aston Villa.

Emanuel Pogatetz has returned to light training after the hamstring injury he sustained during the 3-0 home win over Scunthorpe United on Boxing Day.

Rhys Williams has missed the last two matches with a pelvic injury and is expected to be out for at least a couple more weeks.

Jeremie Aliadiere is out for two-to-three weeks after damaging ankle ligaments during the 1-0 defeat against Sheffield United two weeks ago.

Seb Hines is a longer-term absentee with ankle and medial knee ligament injuries and had an operation five weeks ago to stabilise the ankle before being assessed further in a few weeks.

Matthew Bates is also a long-term injury concern, out with a cruciate ligament injury sustained in pre-season and is not expected to play this season.
