Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

Michael Liddle
Michael Liddle spent most of the 2008/09 campaign on loan with Carlisle United.
The young left-back originally joined the Cumbrians for a two-month spell in November but it was extended until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old defender, featured in most games for the League One side, and impressed during his time at Brunton Park.
Liddle, a Republic of Ireland Under-21s international, signed pro forms with Sunderland in summer 2008 and regularly featured in the reserve team, as well as playing a first team friendly against Athlone Town in Ireland.
He signed a new two-and-a-half-year deal at Sunderland in January 2009, keeping him at the club until 2011.

Under 21 for Eire , he sounds interesting but not a player I know anything about, surely you should buy Lewis Guy he's always 'left back' these days. If you don't rush he will go on e-bay tomorrow, probably sell for the unique lowest bid eh. ?
Come on you're already getting a hard-on just thinking about Guy in your team aren't you ......? Wink

Sounds like Kozluk's days are numbered to me?....But for the moment he may be switched to right back if Hassell is out...which worries me slightly? Crying or Very sad

If Robins wanted him...we would have him?.....But to be honest Welsh is about the only nationality of player we wont consider?....mainly because they have no players who would even get into an Albanian peasant's select? Cool
