The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

Next Season Empty Next Season

Just resurfacing after a truly amazing day yesterday. Shocked

For the record, I think we will have a tough season next term, but there is a core of players who will do fine in the CCC, and we won't do a Peterborough. (They got promoted as runners-up.)
Don't want to label any player as deadwood, but there are certainly a few who won't cut it in a higher league.

Even in League 1 our midfield had looked pretty lightweight at times. We need to get a lot better in this area, and it's where most Leeds fans want some money spending.
(Though we still don't have a lot of that.)

Next Season Empty Re: Next Season

One reason am thinking positive we wont be against teams who are just desperate to beat Leeds and will actually play a bit of football, and giving a player like Kilkenny alot of time on the ball will really help him same goes for Howson and Snodgrass

Sort of player id like to sign is some like has Battys presence in midfeild. I thought Doyle was quality yesterday just not been consistent enough.

We should be rolling in it, i know am wrong but we can always hope that bates has not spent this season because he really wants to spend some proper cash in the championship
