Next manager for the Chop.
Colin Todd Leaves Darlington, so who is next for the chop. is it going to be Keane, Hart, Brown or Sturrock or someone else, for me Sturrock must be on borrowed time probably not have too long to wait to find out..

All good calls, Sturrock's status as a legend at Plymouth is definitely keeping him in a job right now. Another couple of games without a win will see Keane walk I reckon, and Paul Hart and Phil Brown will almost certainly be sacked. My money's on Paul Hart, just. Pompey need something new, and now, if they have any ambition of staying in the top flight.

Well plymouth lost today, to be honest both them and Forest looked poor, will Sturrock be given more time...

Yep, I'm clearly not the only one enjoying that the notion that Roy Keane has a "never-say-die" attitude is being completely laid to waste by his managerial career. An awful man, being exposed as a very poor manager without money to spend.

Hmmmm tonight's result may have given him a temporary 'get out of jail free' card.............we'll see.Dan_the_Owl wrote:The Wednesday wrote:Hope you're right. I have nothing against Ipswich, just can't stand Roy Keane

A win certainly would've done. Barnsley away, Swansea and Watford at home are next up, he has to be looking at picking up some points there. (Though I wouldn't want to go to Barnsley after what they did to West Brom last night... )

Apparantly Harry Redknapp has been arrested for something to do with transfers, and will leave his job at Spurs.
How true this is I have no idea.

Well, I work for a betting firm, and they slashed the odds on Redknapp being next Premier League manager to go today. I reckon there's something in this, stay tuned.

Ian McParland has been sacked by Notts County.
Hardly a surprise with them consnantly being described as "Sven's Notts County side".

Missed that Matty, just heard about it this morning, his cards were probably marked once the new investors came in, if they are getting people like Sven on board then i suppose we can expect a biggish name to replace him, are there any names in the frame..
Roberto Mancini has just been mentioned on Sky News, says he has been offered a 5 year deal and will earn more in one week then Mcparland earned in a year.
