Well the ticket office manager has posted on the VSc that they can't relax the rules when it comes to selling tickets as it is under Police advice...you either need to have a history of buying tickets for Rovers games in the past or you need something with your name and address on it like a utility bill which obviously you won't have, can't you get your mum or dad to get them for you..
