This 'fit and proper' persons test... Is it just a group of pervy old men, sat in a room with a FHM calendar saying "she's fit, she's fit, she's proper fit"? Then when it comes down to the new owners of a club, just say "yes" straight away, then get back to gorping at the FHM calendar?

Yes there is and we are still waiting for the final recommendations from the Government, due soon. But to bring this full circle, that's why FFP exists and why we as a supporters organisation pushed for its inclusion.

PS, don't forget there is more money in football today than at any-time in its history, and its also in the biggest mess its ever been in. They go hand in hand right?

Of course where there is money .........there are crooks and this game seems to attract them all sadly from top to bottom. It always has.

Football is such an important fabric of many people's lives from generation to generation, we all deserve far more diligence when the authorities look at our game. Seems the HMRC have had enough and this should accelerate this process along with the push from the FSF and other bodies.
