Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Laughing ..i like the comment from one on there who says " at least we were breaking even before we got relegated "...yeah sure they was thats why they couldn't afford to stock the shop with replica shirts or to pay the bar bill...oh and they think Grimsby is bigger then Donny.. christ I didn't realise how bitter they are, and where did they get the misguided notion that we think we're bigger than them? we clearly aren't as big a club as them, we just have a better team, plain and simple.

When JR spoke about the power shift in south yorkshire football..that seems to have hit a nerve, JR was not talking about size of club etc, just that they were both in the shit finacially and were doing things the wrong way where as clubs like us weren;t...obviously a couple of seasons in league one still hasn't opened their eyes... Laughing

So was I , they too seem to be at a loss to describe the lack of STH's but do recognise us as a decent club albeit playing in a 'soulless' stadium that continually makes a loss.
