This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Saunders wants QPR duo at Doncaster

QPR duo Danny Shittu and Patrick Agyemang are top of new manager Dean Saunders’ list as he tries to rescue Doncaster.

Centre-half Shittu is only on the fringes of Neil Warnock’s side and could head to the Championship's cellar-dwellers on loan.

The powerful Nigerian will be allowed to leave by Rangers, who could also send striker Agyemang to the Yorkshire outfit.

Sean O’Driscoll was sacked as boss on Friday morning by Rovers, who have just one point from seven league games.

But what is becoming clear SOD was not wanted by the board JR obviously tried to keep him reason why he lasted 6 games

I would imagine they will always keep some back for eventualities like this...Sod brought in a large number of players in the summer...don't think the board starved him of cash to be honest...and in anycase these would be loan players and probably a sizeable part of there wages will be met by the parent club..

The point is we couldn't put a bench together a couple of games ago, anyway I suppose that's history now.........onwards and upwards. Smile
