The Yorkshire Football Forums
Hello and welcome to THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE.

This forum was set up on the 5th of September 2009 in order to give Yorkshire football fans a place to come and interact with fellow fans of all 10 league clubs in our county.

We operate a controlled environment, with each team having their own forum and moderator, to ensure everyone has equal rights. The main reason this forum was set up, was to allow its members the freedom to express themselves without the restraints some other 'multi-club' forums adopt.

However, abuse of other members will not be tolerated. Please keep discussions civil. If you are not prepared to behave appropiately, please don't register. Friendly banter between rival clubs is encouraged, personal abuse towards other members will result in a permanent ban.

Some sections of this forum are restricted to members, so to enjoy the full benefits of the site please register. Registered users also enjoy this website without the advertisements at the top of the page.

THANK YOU for visiting THE PRIDE OF YORKSHIRE and we hope to see you posting here in the future.

As well as Sharp also expect Nick Montgomery, Chris Morgan, Billy Paynter and Gary Hooper - source Yorkshire post today which linked them all to Leeds Wink Hope Uncle Ken's got long arms to reach into those deep pockets

But there was also something about Grayson not wanting to say too much about possible transfer targets so maybe expect the unexpected

Nightmare - has Colace signed his new deal yet? Wink lol!

Wasn't he player of the season or something? Is he that bad?

Back to Leeds in general, the coverage in various papers varied. The YP was all the good things, like the links for transfers, how Grayson's looking to get them promoted to the Prem next season etc but the Telegraph (after you got past about 6 pages of Chelsea/Man Utd lol!) said that Bates had to spend to do anything and that they had a "patchwork" squad that would need improving and they also risked losing Howson and Snodgrass as well as Beckford

I think next season will be interesting whatever happens

The amount of coverage we got was unreal. front page and back page of the people was a full spread about leeds. Norwichs manager was even kicking off by the lack of coverage given to their tinpot joke of a football club whos only half famous cos of a chairwomen who does waht millions of women and blokes do every day

Howson signed a contract extension only yesterday so i cant see him going and same with Snodgrass
